The Finance & Operations Manager supports the Director of Finance & Administration by overseeing core financial functions, operational workflows, and administrative processes. This role ensures accuracy in financial reporting, strengthens internal controls, improves operational efficiency, and assists with compliance, budgeting, and vendor/customer coordination. The Finance & Operations Manager acts as a key link between finance, operations, HR support, and daily administrative needs.Proficiency in Position requires lifting up to 75 lbs and safe use of sawzall, nail gun, pry bars and hammers. Previous similar work history preferred. On-the-job training provided. Group health insurance and other benefits available. $18 per hour during training. $19+ per hour after training.
