The Finance & Operations Manager supports the Director of Finance & Administration by overseeing core financial functions, operational workflows, and administrative processes. This role ensures accuracy in financial reporting, strengthens internal controls, improves operational efficiency, and assists with compliance, budgeting, and vendor/customer coordination.
