Business Support Coordinator

Premier Select Cooperative is seeking a Business Support Coordinator in the Tunkhannock Office reporting to Ryan Visneski, Chief Financial Officer.   The overall goal of this position is to assist the business operation in the areas of accounting, accounts payable, and customer service.  The work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm with occasional overtime as required to meet business needs. A comprehensive benefits package is included with this full-time position.
Essential Functions

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounting Support
  • Customer Service
  • General office & ad hoc business support
 Education & Experience                         
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and/or accounts payable processes
  • Familiarity with purchase order processes
  • Strong written & oral communications skills including excellent phone etiquette
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite
  • Experience applying artificial intelligence tools to improve processes and decision making.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, efficient time management and consistent follow through skills required
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative as well as be part of an extended, cross functional team
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
