"Leading with Emotional Intelligence" is a leadership approach that emphasizes the importance of understanding and managing emotions—both one's own and those of others—in order to lead effectively. Emotional intelligence (EI) refers to the ability to perceive, control, and evaluate emotions.
When leaders possess high emotional intelligence, they are better equipped to handle the complexities of the workplace, manage stress, foster a positive work environment, and inspire and motivate their teams. This leadership style can lead to improved collaboration, higher employee engagement, and better overall organizational performance.
