Tell us about your business, your team and your customers?
T&C Grille is a casual family style restaurant with an in house bakery. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. We allow BYOB and offer in house and outside dining. Take out ordering has taking on a new meaning during the pandemic. We have perfected that process and enjoy seeing happy customers in or out. T&C Grille currently employ 18 people with hopes to expand as capacity restrictions loosen.
What is your favorite thing about running a business in the Endless Mountains?
I was raised in Wyoming County and have had a few restaurants in the area. I enjoy getting to know new customers and love to visit with the customers I have known for years. "How fortunate we are to see the beautiful Endless Mountains each day."

Why are you a Wyoming County Chamber member?
I like to stay involved with the area's events. We are just seeing what the Chamber has to offer, the Restart. Rebound. Rebuild seminars were extremely useful in guiding us through the government shutdown.
How has your business changed during to Covid?
It has slowed down tremendously - we were going so strong last year. I am grateful I am open regular hours and I know in time it will be great again.
Share something about your business that you want Chamber members to know?
We offer a unique menu. You will find the go to items but also some different breakfast options like our popular Mexican Benedict or Lorraines Hash. perfectly made sandwiches like Pot Roast Grilled Cheese and Gyro Wraps. We offer reasonable priced dinner options like Chicken Schnitzel, Stuffed Shrimp and Lemon Ricotta Ravioli. We have been told and definitely agree that our in house bakery desserts are fantastic!
