About Us
A Business Development Incubator (BDI) was recently established at the SCCTC. Please go to the school website and click the link button to the Business Incubator. A wide range of services is available to small businesses in the area.. These include instruction in:
organizing a business, developing a Business Plan, creating budgets and cash flow forecasts, using the Internet, developing websites, using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, installing and using QuickBooks Pro accounting software. Please check the BDI site where you can request services or make an appointment to visit us or request us to visit your location.
The SCCTC also offers a Cooperative Education Program (CO-OP). This program is a structured method of combining classroom based education with practical work experience. This program offers benefits for the student, employer, and the community. The CO-OP program offers students academic credit for a structured job experience and training. The program offers employers cost effective recruitment and retention of trained employees.
