Geoff Fishel Sr. is the founder and owner of All Mechanical Service, a family-owned heating, air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration company serving Northeastern Pennsylvania since 1989. A longtime member of the local business community, Geoff is passionate about small business, entrepreneurship, customer service, and strengthening the communities where we live and work.

Geoff believes strongly in building lasting relationships, supporting fellow local businesses, developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople, and continually learning and improving. He remains actively involved in both his company and the business community and enjoys sharing ideas and experiences with other business leaders.
