Director of Sales - Shadowbrook Resort
The Director of Sales (DOS) develops and directs the total sales and marketing strategy for Shadowbrook Resort to ensure market share goals are achieved. This includes creating specific revenue, sales, and marketing strategies and tactical plans. Monitors and reacts to Resort performance results with current market conditions to develop sales or marketing tactics that exceed revenue expectations. The DOS will report to and work directly with General Manager to develop strategic actions plans for the Resort that drives measurable and incremental sales revenue growth. The DOS identifies areas of opportunity in performance enhancement for employees with sales contribution responsibilities through skill development and aligning internal sales and marketing resources. Primary focus will be consistent in developing strategies that maximize REVPAR, grow market share and Resort revenue.
