Small Business Series - BX3 Supply & Rental

    Taylor Rental/BX3 Supply and its extension Endless Mountains Events have an exciting announcement for its existing and future customers: a rebrand is in the works! A versatile business, with its hands in party and event rentals, as well as industrial equipment rental, the company is looking to consolidate and simplify while still offering the same services to its customers (minus some of the confusion). The names ‘Endless Mountains Events’ and ‘Taylor Rental’ will soon be no more, as the company becomes ‘BX3 Supply and Rental.’

    Vice President of Operations Phil McKeon, a 6-year employee, sees the potential and the opportunity for success with the consolidation. One such opportunity is the potential to give each of their customers the best experience possible. “Each of our events that we’re doing will get our full attention,” says McKeon, “all of our customers are going to get much more focus, much more attention.” This customer service, according to McKeon, is the biggest differentiator for the business as compared to others like it. “By bringing it back in and consolidating, our customer is going to get a much better product and a much better experience,” he explains.

Not only does the effort help the customer, he explains; it helps the business as well. “It’s going to help us logistically and internally, to make sure that we’re getting it right,” he says, “We’ve got three different flags that we’re flying for three different divisions. We are one family of companies, and we’ve established ourselves as such a customer-oriented business.” McKeon wants potential customers to know that the reputation built by BX3 carries over to Taylor Rental and Endless Mountains Events, rather than confusing all of the arms as separate entities. “I still have people coming in and telling me they don’t know it’s all the same business!”

What can customers look out for in the future? Taylor Rental/BX3 Supply & Endless Mountains Events will soon come to be known only as BX3 Supply and Rental, with a website and social media consolidation to follow.
