Donna Yale, the PennTAP Advanced IT Team Lead has been with PennTAP providing computer technical assistance to small businesses and organizations since 2001. She has a knack for taking technical information and making it non-technical. PennTAP Advanced IT department focuses on training organizations in the awareness of cyber security to better protect their company. Donna will speak to us about "What Small Businesses need to know about Malware".
Lisa Hall Zielinski has been the Director of the Scranton Small Business Development Center since January 2011. Raised in a family business, Lisa has always had a passion for leadership and entrepreneurship. As Director of The University of Scranton Small Business Development Center, Lisa ensures small businesses in eight Northeastern Pennsylvania counties have access to the guidance and support they need to overcome challenges and find success. Lisa will discuss with our Chamber "How to make the most of your networking experience".
